These are the terms that govern your CONFIRMATION for bookings made directly to the B&B
The only document that guarantees that you have a reservation with us is our “BOOKING CONFIRMATION” that is sent to you via e-mail or SMS. We advise you to check it thoroughly, and if you find any discrepancies with what was agreed, you are required to report it immediately, via e-mail or SMS.
The lack of feedback on your part is considered as unconditional acceptance of the terms.
If you have not received the “BOOKING CONFIRMATION” it means that you do NOT have any reservation. We suggest you print it and keep it during your stay
It is essential that you notify us immediately after paying the required deposit of 30%.
This is made necessary by the fact that communication from our local bank can reach us 8-10 days later, and in the meantime the room may have become unavailable, in which case the deposit will be refunded with deduction of bank charges.
Paying the deposit and not giving us immediate notification is exactly like not having paid it and may lead to reservation being cancelled!
